What it does

A record of any depth comes off the 100 Mb/s Ethernet port at 11.8 MB/s, the port's own limit; a 100 Mpts record on the MHO934 comes whole in one read.

ngscopeclient gets waveforms pushed as the scope captures them: 64 a second with four channels, the app's own limit, and 1 Mpts records at the port's full speed. A USB gigabit adapter on the scope's USB port triples the built-in port: about 36 MB/s.

How to use it

  1. In ngscopeclient pick the thunderscope driver, transport twinlan, and the scope's address with ports 5025 and 5026.
  2. Or any SCPI client on port 5555: :WAV:DATA?
