What it does

The Acquire sheet's Roll row is one choice: Off, On or Auto. Off keeps the scope in its normal time mode at every time base, with every trigger type, AUTO, NORMAL, SINGLE and the holdoff working as they do at fast ones. The choice is kept across power cycles.

At 200 ms/div and slower an edge trigger does not make you wait for the whole record: the part before the trigger point appears the moment the edge comes, and the rest is drawn left to right as it is sampled.

How to use it

  1. Acquire sheet, Roll: Off.
  2. Over SCPI: :TIMebase:ROLL OFF and :TIMebase:MODE MAIN.
