Decodes serial-flash and PSRAM transfers on CS, SCK and IO0 to IO3, from 1-1-1 to 4-4-4: the instruction with its name, the address, the continuous-read mode bits, the dummy clocks and the data, following QPI, 4-byte mode and the QPI read parameter. Any other instruction is decoded raw with the lines, address bytes and dummy clocks you set. It triggers on CS falling.
