Power-on to the scope screen in about 14 s

What it does

From power-on, NovaOS shows the scope screen in 13.7 s on our DHO924S and 13.9 s on our MHO934. Rigol's firmware needs 44 to 50 s (DHO) and about 48 s (MHO) after its kernel starts on the same units, on top of the same boot loader.
