What it does

Period, frequency, widths, duty cycles, rise and fall times and slew rates put one value per cycle into the statistics, up to 25,000 a trigger, read from the whole captured screen. Edges are timed on adjacent samples at the full sample rate, never on the screen's decimated points: a 975 kHz square reads 975.000 kHz at 500 ns, 500 us and 20 ms/div.

Analyse, Measure, Results shows each item's current, mean, maximum, minimum, deviation and count to six figures.

How to use it

  1. Measure sheet, Settings: Each cycle (on by default) and its limit.
  2. Over SCPI: :NOVAos:MEASure:STATistic:CYCLes.
