Decodes MIPI I3C Basic SDR messages beside legacy I2C: START, repeated START and STOP, the broadcast address, Common Command Codes by name, dynamic address assignment, the parity and end-of-data bits, in-band interrupts and Hot-Join, with HDR spans marked. It triggers on a START.
